Our owner is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over nine years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Recently completing a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on Autism Intervention, this professional brings a high level of academic rigor and clinical excellence to the team.

 

Clinical Experience​

• Extensive Leadership: Served as a Clinical Director and Program Director across multiple organizations, overseeing caseloads of up to 25 individuals and managing diverse teams of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians.

   

• Specialized Care: Extensive background in designing and implementing treatment plans for individuals aged 2 to 21, specializing in in-home and school-based services for those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

   

• Innovative Modalities: Highly proficient in telehealth therapy, including remotely training staff and parents to ensure program fidelity and successful generalization of skills outside of clinical sessions.

   

• Collaborative Approach: Actively collaborates with multidisciplinary treatment teams and conducts frequent parent training sessions to support comprehensive developmental growth.
